Amanda and Jason’s wedding day was truly straight out of a fairytale. From the very start of the day you could just feel the love surrounding these two. Amanda got ready with her friends and family in their beautiful bridal suite at Lindsay Grove by Wedgewood Weddings. Pretty shortly after arriving we realized her dress was still at the hotel she was staying at. Not to worry, her sweet cousin ran and grabbed it to save the day. Just a little reminder that sometimes we hit snags on wedding days – but they make for the best stories and the day goes on. Jason had each groomsmen help him prep for the big day, and even got the cutest bear hug from one.
The first look was everything. Jason was so surprised by Amanda’s dress, and the look on his face is what first look dreams are made of. They shared a moment of just embracing and taking in the excitement before the Ceremony. Then we rolled right into family photos and bridal party.
Pre ceremony they opted to signed the Ketubah with their families, and it was such a beautiful experience watching them vow their expectations to each other. This is why I say no wedding is ever the same. Their experience was uniquely their own, and it was so special.
The ceremony was held in the grass area of Lindsay Grove, and the sun came down just as the ceremony was ending- creating that gorgeous sunset glow. After the ceremony we headed to cocktail hour to celebrate with friends and family, and their entrance was one for the books. Think cold sparklers and the best dance moves.
Each first dance was choreographed perfectly. Amanda and Jason nailed it, and Amanda’s dance with her dad was everything. They danced to several different songs, complete with hats and grease lightning. It was epic. All the while photos of their childhood played in the background- so cute!
The whole day was absolute magic. These two were meant to find each other, and their fairytale is just getting started.
