If you ever had the chance to meet Alyssa and Natalie you would see that they truly compliment each other in all the best ways! Both of these ladies struck me as the life of the party from the moment I met them for engagement photos. Alyssa allowed Natalie to take the “good side” for all of their photos, and Natalie made sure to steal all the kisses every chance she got. When wedding day came around we were threatened with the biggest storm of the year, and it delivered! The rain started as the ladies were getting ready, and stopped in time for a few outside photos in between. We honestly weren’t sure what would happen, but we knew they would be married by the end of the day rain or shine.
Natalie’s sweet bridal party filmed the cutest tiktok’s pre-ceremony, complete with a little choreography. And Alyssa shared the sweetest gift giving moment with her mama. It was a tear jerker!
Legacy Golf Resort was the wedding day location. Picture a little green spot in the desert of Arizona, complete with a mountain backdrop. The ceremony area they chose has the cutest little house, and the arch was decked out with the most beautiful florals by Bliss Occasions Studio. XO Designs AZ had their work cut out for them when we moved the reception from outdoor to indoor quickly as we were pummeled by rain. Like my camera drank WAY more rain than I was comfortable with. And the ladies were such good sports about doing their bridal portraits in an extreme downpour. Making them just a little more magical.
The whole day was a testament of what love really is. Sometimes we are changing our plans to fit the current situation, and flexibility is always necessary. Love won that day- as it always has.
