Britney and Ethan had the perfect mixture of a woodland dream and cozy brick warehouse wedding. The ceremony and reception were held at the Grand Highland Hotel and we took a little adventure out into the Prescott woods for their bride and groom portraits. We were a little worried about weather as there is almost always a moody vibe in Prescott, but we ended up with minimal rain and the perfect day for their I do’s. Coincidentally, we had a huge storm for their engagement photos as well that dissipated just in time for us to shoot at golden hour- and the clouds were everything!
Britney got ready with her mom and two bridesmaids, and her wedding details fit the vibe so perfectly. The guys got ready a few hotel rooms down and we played an epic game of hiding Britney while walking down a busy row of bars called Whiskey Row to the car. Every single person that walked by congratulated her, and we were off to a gorgeous spot in the woods for first look. You can absolutely tell how tight nit their bridal party was by how much love they showed during bridal party photos. We may or may not have even played a little frogger with cars for a few in the road shots- worth it!
The Reception was the real party of the night. The dancing was incredible. There was even a donut wall with the yummiest treats. Every single person was out on the dance floor, and not even a little rain could stop them from having the time of their life. It was truly a day filled with so much love, and the Hutchison’s were the life of the party!
