Gather Estate is an absolute dream venue for a wedding! Gather has so many cute areas for photos, a gorgeous bridal suit (roomy enough for a bridal party of 12+), and the perfect amount of space for a ceremony and yard games. It truly is the full package.
When Stephanie told me she was engaged I was elated for her! I first met Steph at her best friends wedding years before, and continued to shoot weddings of her friends and family until it was her turn. The thing I love most about her is her heart. Truly there is no better friend than Steph. She is so thoughtful, she knows exactly what she wants, and details are always important to her. She is a dream bride as much as she is a dream friend. And Dustin, well he’s a gem. The first time I met him at their engagement session he repeated “what Steph wants, Steph gets”. And that to me was so indicative of their relationship. He truly would do anything to make her happy!
Their wedding day was big in all of the ways. The bridal party was easily 20 people. And don’t even get me started on the GORGEOUS bridesmaid dresses. The ceremony details were insane (think boho meets the woods). They even named tables after day trip locations they’ve taken, with a rock with each name of the place. This wedding also won an award from me for being the shortest ceremony I have ever seen. No really, it was like 7 minutes in total. And in that 7 minutes I saw my sweet friend marry her best friend, and it was perfect.
This wedding felt like more than just a job to me. I had several past brides in attendance. Steph’s family was there, and believe me when I say there is no party like one with all of them.
