There are some wedding days that stay with you forever — and Morgan + Joey’s wedding at Schnepf Farms’ Big Red Barn was absolutely one of them. Not only was their day overflowing with emotion, intentionality, and the sweetest kind of love, but they also got married on my own wedding anniversary… which honestly felt like such an incredible honor to share with them.

From the very beginning of the day, every detail Morgan chose felt perfectly curated to fit the vision of their wedding day. Her bridal details were timeless and romantic with soft textures, delicate pearls, rich florals, and the prettiest personal touches woven throughout. Every piece felt intentional and beautifully connected to the overall feel of the day. Morgan captured the elegant cowboy esthetic perfectly.
Emotional First Look at Schnepf Farms
One of my favorite parts of the entire wedding day was Morgan and Joey’s first look. Tucked away surrounded by greenery and tall trees at Schnepf Farms, the moment felt so intimate and grounded. The way Joey looked at Morgan the second he turned around? Immediate tears. They shared private vows together before the ceremony, and it was one of those moments where everything else around you fades away. It was emotional, heartfelt, and filled with so much excitement for the future they’re building together.
And can we collectively normalize first looks forever?! Because not only did it create such a meaningful moment for them privately, but it also allowed us to complete bridal party photos and family portraits before the ceremony even began. That meant after they officially said “I do,” they were able to head straight into cocktail hour and actually be present with the people they love most instead of spending that time away taking photos. Truly one of the biggest perks of doing a first look on your wedding day.

Their ceremony itself was deeply moving. As the Arizona sunset poured through the ceremony space at Schnepf Farms, their family gathered around them at the altar to pray over their marriage, their future, and the life they’re building together. It was one of those ceremonies where you could physically feel the weight and beauty of the moment happening in front of you. The light was glowing, everyone was emotional, and the entire space felt filled with peace and love. Honestly… you could feel God in that ceremony.

Big Red Barn Reception
Afterward, we headed into the Big Red Barn to celebrate — and celebrate they absolutely did. The reception space at Schnepf Farms perfectly balanced rustic charm with elevated romance. The warm wood textures, glowing chandeliers, candlelight, and incredible energy from their friends and family made the entire night feel so alive. From their grand entrance to dancing the night away surrounded by everyone they love most, every part of the evening felt joyful, intentional, and completely true to them.
